International customers are responsible for all fees and taxes imposed by customs.

Incorrect Address- KALLOS is not responsible for entering customers addresses. If a customer places an order and enters an incorrect address and contacts Kallos before the package is shipped, the order will be CHANGED ONCE BEFORE order being cancelled.
If you place an order and provide Kallos with the incorrect address and your package is shipped, and returned to Kallos due to incorrect address, customer is responsible to pay a reshipping fee, to have the item reshipped to the correct address. The original returned package will be sent within 3 business days of customer paying the reshipping fee. If customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package, the item is the property of Kallos, with no refund issued.
